FND is back, and it's a big of a special episode this time. Instead of the usual informal discussion, Zach decided to take a page out of NWR Connectivity's book and dedicated a full episode to general knowledge trivia. Do you know more than our favorite bunch of Alaskans? (Note: You may!)

In any case, when you're through listening, what you really ought to do is go on over to iTunes and show your appreciation by leaving a review. This is the best way to get the word out about Crosstawk and general, and I know I speak for all of the people who contribute to this little corner of the internet when I say that we'd all be in your debt. Box Office Poison: Episode 26

Ahoy there! It's time for yet another episode of the podcast that's all about movies and movie things, Box Office Poison! This week, Jon unfortunately couldn't make it to the show, but we've got plenty else to discuss, from Chronicle to Take Shelter to even Rocky III and some odd documentary called Beer Tickers.

Then, in the second segment, we discuss our Movie of the Month, Paper Moon. Did we all enjoy this black-and-white take on Depression-era underage grifting? You'll have to listen in to find out. And for those of you who like to play along, our March Movie of the Month is going to be Woody Allen's second-highest grossing film of all time, Hannah and Her Sisters.

Box Office Poison: Episode 25

Hey, folks, this episode of BOP is a little different. Rather than our usual format, we decided to skip What We've Been Watching and jumped straight into Trailer Trash, discussing Moonrise Kingdom, Lockout, Casa de mi Padre and Jeff Who Lives at Home.

Then, in the second segment, we covered our Top 5 Favorite Movies of 2011. It's a pretty length segment, and in all, this episode clocks in at nearly two and a half hours. So enjoy! Back around the time TAWK-112 was being recorded, my old roommates and I met this kid, Taylor Cohan, an FSU Film Student a year younger than us. What I remember most about Taylor was how poorly he treated one of our bathrooms when he stayed with us during a summer semester. And then he left a bunch of his shit behind when he left. That aside, Taylor's a good guy, and he's a talented director. You can check out his short, Psychic Cheerleaders, below and see for yourself. Discover Music Project: Episode 36

Our gracious host Karl Castaneda returns to DMP to showcase one of his all-time favorite bands, The Velvet Underground. This is easily one of the most influential rock bands of all time, thanks to Lou Reed's odd songwriting choices and the band's eclectic brand of psychadelia. The Frozen North Dinnercast: Episode 2

Because you demanded it! The Frozen North Dinnercast's pilot on Crosstawk Presents had an amazing reception, and as such, it's been graduated to regular series! From here on out, every other Tuesday, you'll be treated to cold-weather dining. This week, the crew's talking to you from an actual diner. Babies crying, silverware clanging back and forth and the hustle and bustle of a crowded restaurant can all be heard. But above all else, the jibber-jabber of our favorite Alaskans prevails.
